The gate access is an individual code through an app you can add to your phone called SpiderDoor. We do have keypads but they are only backup in case you do not have access to your phone. To use the keypad you will have to exit the car however with the app you do not!

How to Download the Spiderdoor App
- In your phones app store search for the “self storage app” Spiderdoor is the correct app
- Create and set up an account with unique password and enter the code 1304 for Genesis RV
- Enter your slot number exactly as emailed to you
- Enter your assigned gate code as emailed to you
